1. Courier Partner
We are partnered with Bob Group (Pty) Ltd., which utilizes various couriers to offer you the most competitive rates for reliable service.
2. Delivery Timeframe
The standard delivery timeframe is 7–10 days from the date of order confirmation.
3. Delivery Charges
Our delivery pricing is structured as follows:
• Western Cape: R100 (Flat Rate)
• All Other Provinces: R200 (Flat Rate)
4. Accurate Information and Liability
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and valid contact information.
• Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information or customer unavailability will incur a re-delivery fee equal to the original respective delivery charge (R100 for Western Cape, R200 for Other Provinces). Alternatively, customers may have to arrange collection of their items.
• Failing to provide accurate information will also make the customer liable for any resulting damages or losses incurred to the package or its contents.
5. Damages Incurred During Delivery
Lifestyle Outlet Store is not liable for any damages or losses incurred to the goods while they are in transit with the courier partner (Bob Group (Pty) Ltd.). Our responsibility for the product ends once it is handed over to the courier in good condition. All claims for loss or damage during shipping must be directed to and handled by the courier service.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your order is handed over to the courier partner for processing.
